BUSWAM – Our web application for content management

System for centralized management and updating of multimedia content for devices in public transport vehicles and stationary panels located at stops and city terminals.
Multimedia content includes advertisements, recruitment campaigns, digital newspapers, information about transport changes, and other types of content that the customer wishes to make available to the traveling public.

The system enables management, distribution, and playback (display) of prepared content (videos, images) on media players installed in public transport vehicles, intelligent bus stop columns, and panels located at terminals equipped with multimedia playback devices.
The system is modular, highly flexible, and configurable—suitable for simple use by small customers with a single user, as well as for large organizations involving multiple users and entities participating in the preparation and management of multimedia content.

The key features of the system include:

The Buswam system enables both simple playback of a compiled playlist and sophisticated playback of multiple loops (playlists) targeted by route, stop, vehicle, device, time frame, date, and their combinations. The system is built on centralized multimedia content management, enabling automatic distribution of data across the entire fleet of vehicles and display panels or according to user-defined selections. It supports real-time content updates on display units, monitors update results and playback statistics, and tracks playback times, usage of individual media spots, and provides detailed reports. The system can be used for both non-commercial purposes and commercial applications based on publishing data from advertising agencies. It is secured through access rights and role-based permissions, allowing users to manage and view only their own data, while restricting access to the content of other organizations.
  • Support for multiple organizations collaborating on data preparation
  • Secure multi-user access
  • Targeted playback content based on routes, stops, vehicle groups, and other criteria
  • Time-based scheduling of playback
  • Playback simulation within the central system
  • Summary reports and usage statistics for individual playlists
  • Secure data transmission using encrypted protocols
