How the interview proceeds

1. Send your resume

Whether you want to work in production, our IT department, or development, we need to know a little more about you before we meet. Basic information about your career is sufficient. Are you a recent graduate? We welcome graduates too.

2. Wait for a response

Waiting for the opportunity of a lifetime can be nerve-wracking. But we always do our best to ensure that you don't have to wait long. We will arrange a meeting with you as soon as possible to discuss the details of the new job in person.

3. Personal interview

Every member of the bustec team is a unique personality. We want to get to know yours. Don't worry. We'll have a friendly, no-obligation chat. And who knows – maybe we'll hit it off right away.

4. Welcome to bustec

Did everything go smoothly? Great. Then you're all set. You will receive all the necessary information before you start. And you can ask us anything—there are no bad questions here. Welcome to bustec.
